It is one of the most consumed and favorite seafood of the population. Due to its high cost, it is not always possible to prepare dishes with this delicacy. But, when left in the budget, preparing a recipe with light shrimp for family or friends can really surprise you.


500 grams peeled shrim

400 grams of wholegrain pasta

1 chopped onion

1 chopped pepper

2 chopped garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of olive oil

5 chopped tomatoes


Salt to taste

1/2 cup chopped green tea

1/2 cup of basil tea

Preparation mode

Sauté the onion, pepper and garlic in olive oil. Add the tomato and cook.

Add the parsley, shrimp, pepper and salt. Meanwhile, cook the spahetti in boiling water until al dente.

Drain and place on a platter.

Top with the sauce and serve with fresh basil.

If eaten correctly shirimp can offer health benefits: it has properties to fight arthritis and arthrosis, a protein of high biological value, it is a source of omega-3, it is rich in vitamins, such as those of the complex B, and minerals, among other advantages.

Several people, however, think that only the most elaborate and difficult recipes make shrimp. But that is not true! Shirimp can also be made in simpler versions for everyday use, but always with the advantage of resulting in an elegant dish.
