LOW CARB COCONUT CAKE

We all know that cake is very good and even better when we eat without guilt. Today I’m going to show you guys this delicious low carb coconut cake.

Ingredients:

4 eggs

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

5 small bottles of coconut milk

15 grams of Coconut Flour(if you don’t have coconut flour it could be oat flour)

1 teaspoon of baking powder

15 grams of Xylitol


How to make the cake

Separate the egg whites from the yolks

Whip the egg whites

Reserve

Mix the egg yolks, coconut sugar, coconut oil, coconut milk (add gradually) and the yeast last.
Place in a greased square shape and leave in the oven for 40 minutes on average, or until you prick the fork and it comes out clean
