Tomato is recognized as a superfood

Neither fruit nor vegetable: tomatoes are, in fact, the most used fruits in world gastronomy. It can be in the classic tomato sauce, in salads or deliciously stuffed in the oven. Regardless of the form of consumption, they are rich in vitamin A, B and C, in several minerals such as potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, and considered superfoods! Not to mention that they also have large amounts of lycopene, an antioxidant very beneficial for the health of the cardiovascular system.

Basil is a source of vitamins and minerals

Basil is the vegetable that goes best with tomatoes! Both are extremely nutritious, tasty and stand out even better when together. Also known as real grass, basil and basil, basil has different nutritional properties, such as vitamins A, B, C, E and K and a variety of minerals (iron, potassium, zinc and others). It is also composed of several analgesic substances, so it is worth adding it to your diet.

Ricotta is a protein-rich dairy

It may not even be a cheese, but it is just as nutritious as your family members! For those who still do not know, the ricotta is a by-product of the manufacture of cheeses. It is rich in protein and has much less fat than white cheese itself, for example. In addition, it is extremely beneficial for the muscular system and for the bones because it has large amounts of calcium in its composition.
