4 tomatoes – 800 g
2 garlic cloves
½ cup (tea) breadcrumbs made with wholemeal bread – 65 g
1 cup crumbled ricotta cheese – 130 g
¼ cup (tea) of chopped Brazil nuts – 25 g

Preparation mode
Cut the lid of the tomatoes, remove the seeds and place them face down on paper towels to drain all the liquid
In a bowl, mix the chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, ricotta, chestnuts and basil
Season with oil, salt and pepper
