Eggplant is a source of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals
Rich in antioxidants, B vitamins and essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium, eggplant is a food that can enhance (a lot) our healthy diet. You can consume it in its natural form (removing all the skin), prepare antipasti or bake it in the oven.
Buffalo mozzarella is a great source of calcium and protein
Among the healthiest types of cheese to compose a nutritious diet, buffalo mozzarella deserves to be highlighted. It is an excellent source of protein, adds good doses of calcium in its composition and, when compared to cheeses made from cow’s milk, has a lower content of saturated fat.
Tomato is an extremely versatile and nutritious food
In addition to being a great addition to sandwiches, tomatoes can be used to prepare sauces, soups, salads and many other recipes. But in addition to its versatility, the fruit is also extremely nutritious – it’s rich in vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, as well as being considered a superfood for children.
Arugula is rich in vitamins A, C and K and has several benefits for the body
Arugula is one of the most beneficial dark green leaves for the body. Because it is rich in vitamins A, C and K, vegetables can increase immunity, prevent degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s, and fight the harmful action of free radicals. It is also a source of minerals such as potassium, sulfur and iron, which help fight anemia. In addition to ensuring good doses of fiber for the body.
