What are the benefits of peanut butter?

Peanut paste is produced by roasting and ground peanuts, it has a creamy appearance and often with a layer of oil from the oilseed itself. This paste is a source of monounsaturated fat, which are beneficial fats for our body.

Check below 3 reasons to include this food in your diet:

Source of omega-3, polyunsaturated fat that strengthens the immune system, has anti-inflammatory action, and can help with memory and concentration.

If you train, you’ll worry about how to prevent injuries. Peanuts, because they are rich in vitamin E and phytosterols, help in this prevention.

Great source of B complex vitamins and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, zinc and iron, helping in cases of anemia, preventing cramps and favoring muscle contraction.

How to include in the diet?

Muffin can be a great morning or afternoon snack option, as well as being an extremely tasty post workout.

As it is on the list of peanut butter ingredients, the muffin will provide an increase in satiety, because fats and proteins have a longer digestion time.

Remembering that this amount described in the recipe will be divided into six portions of the muffin, normally the recommendation for us to consume is up to 30g of peanut butter per day.

But of course, to know the ideal amount for you, individualized follow-up with a nutritionist is essential.
